PRINCESS Yachts International , constructeur de bateaux britannique formé en 1964 à Plymouth, sous le nom de Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd. Le premier modèle de bateau est arrivé en 1967 et s'appelait Project 31 . À ce jour, Princess a fabriqué plus de 80 modèles de bateaux et est l'un des principaux acteurs du marché des Yachts de Plaisance. Princess Yachts a été racheté en 1981 par l' homme d' affaires sud-africain Graham J. Beck. En 2012, le programme de modèles Princess se composait de croiseurs sportifs entre 13 et 26 mètres, de bateaux flybridge entre 12 et 30 mètres et de deux modèles plus grands de 32 à 40 mètres. En juin 2008, PRINCESS vend une participation de 75 % de l'entreprise au groupe d'investissement de l'homme d'affaires français Bernard Arnault. Désormais PRINCESS fait partie du groupe LVMH, dont font partie tout un tas d’autres grandes marques de luxe tels que : Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Frendi ou encore Krug. Aujourd’hui, la gamme Princess Yachts est subdivisée dans les gammes suivants : Classe M, Classe X, Classe Y, Classe F, Classe V, Classe S et Classe R. Qui donnent naissance à plusieurs bestsellers tels que le F45, un des flybridge les plus vendu par PRINCESS ou encore le S78 élu le flybridge le plus rapide de plus de 20 mètres. Grace à ses 20 modèles a travers chaque gamme, le chantier est aujourd'hui l'un des leaders de la construction de navire de plaisance en Europe et dans le monde. On retrouve aujourd'hui leurs modèles à travers le globe.
